Ministers had argued for settlement in Gaza: [[Bezalel Smotrich]] and [[Itamar Ben-Gvir]] for it, [[Benjamin Netanyahu]] against an intention to resettle it. No minister in that report called for settlement in Lebanon. Nachala did. It is the organised end of a demand the government had not adopted, stated on the day a sister campaign claimed to have pitched tents on the other side of the fence.
