Companies House records that the company was incorporated on 25 July 1985 as Swanpeace Limited. It was renamed Kolel Iyun D'Sanz Limited on 14 August 1985 and took its final name on 8 September 1995. It was a private company limited by guarantee without share capital, with its registered office at 41 Lingwood Road, London E5 9BN, and its business was classed as social work without accommodation. Its last accounts were made up to 30 September 2009, and it was dissolved on 26 July 2011.<ref name="CH" />

The Charity Commission registered it on 26 March 1986 and removed it on 12 April 2012 as having ceased to exist. The register gives Kolel Yad Torah as a working name and records the former name as "Kolel Iyvn D'Sanz Limited", a spelling that differs from the Companies House record.<ref name="CC" /><ref name="CH" />
