<p><b>New page</b></p><div>[[John McKeague]] was a Northern Ireland loyalist. He came to prominence in 1969 as chairman of the [[Shankill Defence Association]]. He played a part in the loyalist bombing campaign, attributed at the time to the [[IRA]], which led to the resignation of Captain [[Terence O'Neill]] as Northern Ireland Prime Minister. In the early 1970s he founded the paramilitary [[Red Hand Commando]]. He was later the subject of rumours linking him to the [[Kincora]] affair.
