		+	The [[European Travel Retail Council]] (ETRC) was established in 2004 by the board of the [[International Travel Retail Confederation]] (ITRC) who accepted the recommendation from the Strategic Working Group on Reorganisation to establish a trade association dedicated to working at the European level.
