A 2016 FCO expression-of-interest document for a CSSF "MENA Strategic Comms: Countering DAESH Propaganda" call-off lists The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue among the suppliers on the CSSF Lot 2 framework. The document was published online in 2020 among files that the hacker group Anonymous said came from the FCO. (On the later 2023–27 framework, the names of Lot 2 suppliers were redacted on national-security grounds.)<ref name="Lot2List2016">Foreign and Commonwealth Office (document published by the hacker group Anonymous), [https://avalonlibrary.net/Operation_Trojan_Horse/Part_1_Taming_Syria_II/OTHER_FCO_FILES_ON_SYRIA/cpg-1044-2016-eoi---potential-partnering-message.pdf CPG/1044/2016 – Expressions of Interest: MENA Strategic Comms: Countering DAESH Propaganda (CSSF Lot 2 Call-Off), Annex A: List of suppliers on CSSF Lot 2 framework] ''avalonlibrary.net'', 2016.</ref> Tussell's supplier list for the FCO's 2015 CSSF framework, which is based on the official award notice, independently records the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue as a supplier.<ref name="Tussell2015">Tussell, [https://client.tussell.com/frameworks/169769-faeb86e7b025ce86a68f06c7e6d864ea-conflict-stability-and-security-fund-framework/suppliers Conflict, Stability and Security Fund Framework (contract notice published 11 December 2015): suppliers] ''Tussell'', accessed 16 October 2026.</ref> GOV.UK's list of UK programme assistance to Ukraine for 2018–19 includes a CSSF-funded HD project, ''Countering conflict in Ukraine through dialogue and facilitated engagement at the local, national and inter-state level'' (April 2017 – March 2019).
