Andrew Collier is a journalist and corporate spin doctor.

According to his biography on the [[Written Words]] website:

He regularly contributes to a wide range of magazines, is an accomplished broadcaster and a long-standing consultant in corporate communications. Andrew is based in Yorkshire and responsible for developing and growing Written Words' business in the north of England.

Among his work is a 16 page tabloid insert given away with [[The Herald]] newspaper on 28 November 2006 entitled 'Your Fair Share'. This was a propaganda publication promoting the privatisation of public services overseen by an agency called [[2Collaborate]] and subcontracted to Collier and his colleague at [[Written Words]], [[Maggie Stanfield]]. The clients behind the tabloid were the [[Scottish Executive]] and three companies lobbying hard to get into public sector service delivery, [[LogicaCMG]], [[Microsoft]] and [[Capgemini]].
