*Simon Segars - Chief Executive Officer

:John Cornish was appointed VP and General Manager, System Design Division in 2008. He joined ARM in 1998 as Director of European Marketing. From 2002 until 2007 he led the Processor Division’s marketing team, including the definition and launch of the Cortex family of cores. Prior to joining ARM he was with Texas Instruments in Dallas and held a variety of chip design and marketing roles. He holds five U.S patents for the design of PC chipsets.

:Ian Drew was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and EVP Business Development in July 2012, having previously been EVP – Strategy since August 2011. He joined ARM in July 2005 as VP Segment Marketing. Prior to this, he worked at Intel Corporation for 14 years in various senior management roles around the world including Asia, Europe and the US, latterly as GM of the Russia/CIS office based in Moscow.

:Tom Lantzsch joined ARM in December 2006 as VP Marketing for the Physical IP Division. In 2009 he became EVP of Corporate Development and joined the Executive Committee in 2010. He has been a senior business leader for over 25 years in both Fortune 500 companies and early stage startups. Previous roles include CEO of StarCore, 13 years with Motorola in VP positions (sales, marketing and operations) in four countries, having started his career with Texas Instruments. He has lectured on business strategy at the University of Texas and is an active board member of the SOI Consortium and Smoothstone, Inc.

:Mike Muller was one of the founders of ARM. Before joining the Group, he was responsible for hardware strategy and the development of portable products at Acorn Computers. He was previously at Orbis Computers. At ARM he was VP, Marketing from 1992 to 1996 and EVP, Business Development until October 2000 when he was appointed Chief Technology Officer. In October 2001, he was appointed to the Board.

*Antonio J. Viana - EVP Global and Commercial Development

:Antonio J. Viana was appointed executive vice president of commercial and global development in January 2013. He was previously executive vice president of worldwide sales. Antonio originally joined ARM in 1999 and oversaw the development systems business in North America. Within ARM, Antonio has been global director of the ARM foundry program and vice president of North American sales. Antonio has worked with Hughes Aircraft, Silicon Graphics, Encore Industries and was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Tensilica Inc.

*Pete Hutton - EVP and General Manager of MPD

:Pete was appointed executive vice president and general manager of the media processing division in January 2013. He is responsible for leading ARM’s graphics, video and GPU computing solutions. Pete joined ARM in 2008 and has held vice president positions within the processor and media processing divisions. Prior to ARM, Pete ran corporate engineering for Wolfson Microelectronic, he was also general manager for processors at ARC International and a group director for Cadence Design Systems.

*Tom Cronk - EVP and General Manager of PD

:Tom Cronk was appointed executive vice president and general manager of the processor division in January 2013. Tom joined ARM in 1998 and has held senior positions in sales and marketing, corporate business development (mergers and acquisitions) and divisional general management.

*Dipesh Patel - EVP and General Manager of PIPD

:Dipesh was appointed executive vice president and general manager of the Physical IP Division in January 2013. Dipesh joined ARM in 1997 and has held senior management positions working primarily in System on Chip (SoC) related activities. Dipesh was previously the vice president of Technology and was responsible for leading all aspects of Physical IP roadmap activities within the division.

:Kathleen O’Donovan joined the Board in December 2006. Previously she was a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of the Court of the Bank of England, Great Portland Estates plc, EMI Group plc and Prudential plc and a non-executive director of O2 plc. Previous roles include CEO of StarCore, 13 years with Motorola in VP positions (sales, marketing and operations) in four countries, having started his career with Texas Instruments. He has lectured on business strategy at the University of Texas and is an active board member of the SOI Consortium and Smoothstone, Inc.

Antonio has worked with Hughes Aircraft, Silicon Graphics, Encore Industries and was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Tensilica Inc.
