[[Anna (Anya) Zhuravel]] is a MALD '04 student at Fletcher, focusing on Public International Law and Southwest Asia & Islamic Civilization. She was active in Jewish student movement in Russia, which led her to found the [[Russian Union of Jewish Students]] and sit on the [[Executive Board of the European Union of Jewish Students]]{{ref|homepage|Fletcher}}. She also has a degree in Political science from Moscow State University and in 2004 when she moved to Israel became an aide to Israel's then Minister of Finance Benjamin Netanyahu {{ref|homepage}}. All this appears to have helped her gain her job as Media Liason with media flak group, [[HonestReporting]].
