Zoltán Precsenyi is a former assistant to Hungarian MEP Edit Herczog. Precsenyi joined the Communications/ Public Affairs team of the industry group European Aluminium Association (EAA) in January 2007[1]. As of 2011 he is a member of Symantec's European Government Affairs team, based in Brussels.[2]

He is primarily responsible of representing Symantec before EU and national legislative bodies, government departments, authorities and international organizations. Before joining Symantec, Précsényi worked as public affairs manager for the European Aluminium Association, with a focus on European policy and law making in the areas of competitiveness, sustainability, industrial policy and standardization. The European Aluminium Association (EAA), as explained on European Energy Forum website, "represents the aluminium industry in Europe, encompassing primary aluminium producers, downstream manufacturers, producers of recycled aluminium and national aluminium associations."[4]
