Yeshivas Toiras Chayim Limited is a UK registered charity (no. 1126695). According to the website of the UK Charity Commission the objectives of the charity are:

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH
THE ADVANCEMENT OF ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND INFIRMITY AMONGST MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH FAITH
SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW AND ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.[1]

However, the charity also funds Ohel Chana Girls School which operates in Modi'in Illit, an illegal Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank.[2] [3]

The organisation became a registered charity in 2008.[1]
