Will Tanner is deputy head of prime minister Theresa May's policy unit. He previously served as a policy adviser in the Home Office from July 2014 to August 2015, and was re-appointed as a special adviser to then home secretary May, from November 2015 to July 2016. [1]
Tanner previously worked as a researcher for the think tank Reform.
