Westpac Banking Corporation is a multinational financial services company, founded in 1817 as Australia's first bank and company under the name the Bank of New South Wales, and becoming Westpac Banking Corporation in 1982.[1]

Revolving Door

  • Ted Evans, a Director since November 2001 and Chairman since April 2007, was Deputy Secretary and Secretary to the Australian Treasury from 1993 to 2001. He was a Director of the Reserve Bank of Australia from 1993 to 2001.[2]
