Violence, Aggression and Terrorism (VAT) is a journal that was first published in 1987. It is edited by Stanley Einstein, an 'Israeli psychotherapist'. [1]

The journal is described as as an interdisciplinary, international forum with a broad editorial board.

Violence, Aggression and Terrorism is 'designed to embrace a broad spectrum of issues, areas and concerns and to serve as a central platform for researchers in social, biomedical and other sciences.' The journal works towards addressing the relationship between crime and terrorism, state violence and terror, mythologizing terrorism, infrastructures of terrorist organisations as well as looking at the sociological analysis of anti-terrorist legislation in Western Europe.
