Victoria Prentis is the Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Banbury.

Prentis was appointed as the Conservative parliamentary candidate for the 2015 general election following the retirement of previous MP for the constituency Sir Tony Baldry. [1] In the 2015 election, Prentis defended Banbury for the Conservatives with a majority of 18,395. [2]

Prentis is a qualified as a barrister who spent seventeen years working in the Civil Service as a lawyer, and until November 2014 was head of the government’s justice and security team. [3]
