Tracey Reid joined [[Huntsworth]] in 2005 as Director of HR from [[Capital Radio plc]], now [[GCAP media plc]]. Her career in media started with advertising agency [[Bartle Bogle Hegarty]], where she originally worked on the client side as an Account Director. Tracey transferred her people handling skills from clients to employees in her move to Capital Radio in 1994, where she built and shaped the HR function as the business expanded and transformed through a series of acquisitions.
