Tomas Weiss is a former associate fellow of the Henry Jackson Society.[1]

Weiss is currently a researcher at the Institute of International Relations in Prague, where he is taking part in the Transnational Terrorism and the Rule of Law project under the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission.[2]

Weiss graduated in European studies at the Hamburg University of Economics and Politics and at the Institute of International Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University where he continues in PhD studies. In 2004, he completed an internship at the EU Institute for Security Studies in Paris. In 2007, he studied at Pazmany Peter Katolikus Egyetem in Budapest. Since 2006, he has lectured on EU and security affairs at Charles University and at Metropolitan University Prague.[3] He is a junior researcher on the Transnational Terrorism, Security & the Rule of Law project.[4]
