Tom Frackowiak is an executive director at Cicero Consulting.

Career

In 2002 Frackowiak worked in communications at the National Care Standards Commission, before working in communications and public affairs at the Commission for Social Care Inspection in 2004.

In 2006 he worked in public affairs at Halifax Bank of Scotland, advising the bank on political relations during the merger with Lloyds Banking Group. In 2009 he was appointed public affairs manager at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, leading the political and regulatory engagement across Westminster and Whitehall.

In 2011 he was appointed an account director at Cicero, then head of UK public affairs in 2013 and executive director in 2014.

At Cicero he has run the All-Party Group on Business, Finance and Accountancy for the former financial secretary, Mark Hoban MP and shadow business minister Iain Wright MP.[1][2]
