Stephen J. Solarz is a member of the Intellibridge Expert Network and Vice-Chairman of International Crisis Group.
Solarz previously served in New York State Assembly and the U.S. House of Representatives. He chaired the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific in Congress.
