Stephen Lotinga was appointed senior adviser to the Liberal Democrats on public services and health in 2014.

From lobbyist to government adviser

Lotinga worked at Bell Pottinger as an account director following the 2010 General Election. In January 2014 he became managing director of public affairs at lobbying firm Edelman. [1]
