Richard Spring
Richard Spring is the former Conservative MP for Suffolk West. He was awarded a peerage in November 2010.[1] He is one of the governors of the Westminster Foundation, and in that capacity he has been active in Mozambique where he has advised the Renamo-Electoral Union.
