Richard Parr is special adviser to Internatonal Development Secretary Priti Patel.

He was an adviser to David Cameron from 2012.[1]

Previously he was a special adviser to the secretary of state for international development Andrew Mitchell.[2]

Parr read History at Oxford University, graduating in 2004.[1]
