Richard Lloyd is a former special adviser, who worked for the Prime Minister's Office from 2007 till 2010. There he dealt with economic issues across the government, including strategy, communications and consumer policy.[1]

Lloyd is now working as executive director at Which? a company that offers advice to helps consumers make informed decisions about their services and products. [2]

Richard has over 20 years’ experience of campaigning, policy-making and service provision in charities, housing agencies and government.
