Richard Clarke
Four successive US presidents have picked Richard Clarke to defend the country against terrorists.[1]

Working for the Government for 30 year Mr Clarke has been involved with the 9/11 commission, the cruise missle bombing of a medical facility in the Sudan and a controversy over weapons supplied to ISrael being sold on to China. He also also been heavily critical of President Bush accusing him of doing
