Rafi Malka

Rafi Malka is a former Shin Bet officer who served as head of the Operations Division, head of Administration Division, and head of Protection in Europe. He retired in the mid-1980s and later served on the internal Shin Bet Commission appointed to investigate the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin.[1]
