Prometheus (journal)
Prometheus was a short lived journal edited by associates of the LM Network, Manjit Kumar along with fellow associate Pandora Kay-Kreizman.
Typically for ventures by associates of the LM network the journal provided a platform for other associates. The first issue included a debate between leading German sociologist and the rather less notable sociologist Frank Furedi, who is also of course the former leader of the party that Kumar was once a cadre of, the Revolutionary Communist Party. Other LM connections include Louis Ryan who had also written for LM magazine and Alan Hudson a former core member of the RCP and longtime director of its publications company Junius Publications.[1] Issue 2 featured an article by Kumar himself, another by Alan Hudson and revews by two more ex RCP members John Gillott and James Heartfield (who also happened to be the brother in law of the editorial assistant of the magazine.[2] Issue 3 contained reviews by John Gillott and another LM network associate Graham Barnfield.[3]
