The Post-Christian Europe and Resurgent Islam conference was held at a castle in Vienna from 30 May to 1 June 2008. The event was intended to stimulate "discussion between Christians, Jews, and secularists about how European countries should respond to the arrival of Islam and large Muslim communities", according to the Hudson Institute which co-hosted along with Kairos Journal, and the Neuwaldegg Institute.[1]
