- Peter G. Kelly is Senior principal of the law firm of Updike, Kelly and Spellacy, P.C. (Hartford, CT); former National Treasurer and National Finance Chairman of the Democratic National Party (among other party leadership posts); a founder and former Treasurer of the National Democratic Institute; former Chairman of the Center for Democracy; Trustee of the CNA Corporation (formerly the Center for Naval Analyses); and member of numerous boards, including that of the St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.[1]
