Paul Robert Kernaghan is a British police officer.

RUC

Kernaghan served in the Royal Ulster Constabulary as a Constable (1978-1981), Sergeant (1981-1984), Inspector (1984-1988) and Chief Inspector (1988-1991).[1]

West Midlands Police

Kernaghan served in West Midlands Police as a Superintendent (1991-1992) and Detective Superintendent (1992-1995).[1]


North Yorkshire Police

Kernaghan served in North Yorkshire Police as an Assistant Chief Constable (1995-1996) and Deputy Chief Constable (1996-1999).[1]

Hampshire Constabulary

Kernaghan served as Chief Constable of [[Hampshire Constabulary from 1999 to 2008.[1]


From 2000 to 2008, he was International Affairs Lead for the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) of England, Wales and Northern �Ireland�.[1]
