Pamela is executive assistant to the UK Business Council for Sustainable Energy and holds the same job with the Carbon Capture and Storage Association, both of which are based in Grosvenor Gardens House, London- a hub of carbon trading and liberal climate change solution organsations who appear to share a number of staff. She was registered twice as an observer to the COP15 summit (see UK Participants and Observers at COP15), representing the International Council for Sustainable Energy and the UK Business Council for Sustainable Energy.[1].
