Nick Rose[1]

Nick Rose Joined the Scottish Power Board in February 2003 and he is Chairman of the Audit Committee, nominated as the Committee’s designated “financial expert”.

He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Diageo plc - appointed to this position in July 1999.

Previously, Nick was Finance Director of International Distillers & Vintners, then United Distillers & Vintners, following senior finance positions with GrandMet. Currently, he is a director of Moët Hennessy.

Following his re-appointment for a further three-year term, his current term of office will expire at the AGM in 2009. [2]
