The Nathan Seter Foundation (formerly The Heller Foundation) is a private grant-making organisation established in New York in 2001.

Its stated interests are: giving primarily to Jewish organizations, temples, and schools. [1] It has oven to pro-Israel groups and to the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
