Monroe Palmer, Baron Palmer of Childs Hill, is a Liberal Democrat politician, served as treasurer of the party from 1976 to 1983 and was made a life peer in 2011.[1]

He was chair of Liberal Democrat Friends of Israel until 2010 and is currently Vice President.[2]

He sits on the advisory board of Student Rights, a project of the Henry Jackson Society.[3]
