Matan Beseiser Kiryat-Sefer Beis Aron is a UK registered charity (no. 1117030). According to the UK Charity Commission the organisation provides assistance to families experiencing illness or poverty within Israel.[1] However, Kiryat Sefer, more generally known as Modi'in Illit, is an illegal Israeli settlement in the occupied West Bank.[2] Its profile on the Charity Commission website notes that the charity's 'Area of Benefit' is: 'NOT DEFINED. IN PRACTICE, KIRYAT SEFER, ISRAEL'. [1]
