Martin Gilbert

Martin Gilbert is a Scottish based businessman who is on the advisory board of Reform Scotland in 2010.[1] (Not to be confused with the British historian Sir Martin Gilbert)

Originally a Chartered Accountant, he became one of the founding directors and Chief Executive of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC. He was appointed to the Board of First Group PLC in 1995. His other business interests are; Chairman of Chaucer Holdings PLC and a director of a number of investment trusts within Aberdeen Asset Management PLC and a non-executive director of Primary Health Properties PLC.[2]
