Mark Schmidt came home last week. He is back in Tzaneen, Limpopo, after being in prison in Equatorial Guinea for eight-and-a-half months.
Schmidt has been in the restaurant business for years. He was hired to do the housekeeping for a group of South Africans and Armenians working for Nick du Toit's Triple Options Trading, but was arrested for trying to plot a coup.[1]
