Low Intensity Conflict and Law Enforcement is an academic peer reviewed journal that was founded in 1990 with the purpose to create a forum where low intensity conflict and law enforcement issues can be discussed simultaneously.

The journal was incorporated into its sister journal Small Wars and Insurgencies in 2005. [1]
