Davis is currently a governor at Friern Barnet School. She previously worked at the think-tank Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) as lead researcher on educational failure. Davis prior to this was a researcher at CSJ, where she assisted with research across the policy team, particularly focusing on the voluntary sector strand of Breakthrough Britain II.
