Kevin Foster is the Conservative Party Member of Parliament for Torbay. [1]

Foster defeated Liberal Democrats candidate Adrian Sanders, who had previously held the seat since 1997 [2] with a majority of 3,286 and 40 per cent of the vote. [1]
