Keelan Carr is a special adviser on Scottish affairs to British prime minister Theresa May, appointed in October 2016.

As of December 2016, his salary is between £53,000-63,999.

He was formerly an aide to David Mundell, the secretary of state for Scotland, since May 2015.[1]

In 2011 Carr was employed by Mundell and the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party as a special adviser.[2]
