Jutta Steinruck (born 01 September 1962, Ludwigshafen) is an MEP for Germany from Social Democratic Party of Germany.

  • Studied business economics at Mannheim Vocational Academy (BA) (1984-1987). Worked in personnel administration, ABB AG, Mannheim (1987-1988). Head of Training and Further Training and PR officer, PWA Waldhof GmbH, Mannheim (1988-1991). Personnel officer for recruitment, Bilfinger Berger AG, Mannheim, and from 1994 company secretary of the company's subsidiary AS Personalberatung GmbH (1991-2004).
  • Chair of the DGB trade union federation for the Vorder- und Südpfalz district (since 2004).
  • Member of the executive of the North-West SPD (since 1996); member of the executive of the Ludwigshafen SPD Association (since 1999); member of the SPD Regional Party Council, Rhineland-Palatinate (since 2002); member of the Regional Executive of the Working Party on Employees' Issues of the SPD in Rhineland-Palatinate (since 2006).
  • Municipal councillor, Ludwigshafen (1999-2009). Member of the Rhineland-Palatinate Regional Assembly (2006-2009).
  • Alternating chair of the Ludwigshafen Labour Agency (since 2004); alternating chair of the vocational training committee of the Palatinate Chamber of Industry and Commerce (since 2004).
