Jonathan Oliver has been the Political editor of The Sunday Times since December 2007. As deputy political editor at the Mail on Sunday, Oliver broke the Labour Party donor scandal story and the news that Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor had sacked his press officer for being gay, for which he won Stonewall's journalist of the year award.
