Jeremy Dunkel

Jeremy Dunkel is Non Executive Director, Divergent Capital Partners, NSW, Australia.[1]

Dunkel is an Executive Director at the Orion Foundation, which has funded Ariel University an institution of higher education based on illegally occupied Palestinian territory.[2] He has held this post since 1997. Mr. Dunkel is responsible for the portfolio management of the Foundation’s endowment, as well as for sourcing and managing the Foundation’s charitable projects and liaising with NGO's and other Foundations worldwide. [1]

According to a Bloomberg profile:

Mr. Dunkel’s past experience includes working for Chemical Bank and Price Waterhouse. At Chemical, he was an Associate Vice President, involved in all Treasury functions and was subsequently granted sole responsibility for the Australian Dollar arbitrage book and also established a New Zealand Dollar book - a global first for the Bank. Mr. Dunkel actively pursued proprietary testing in futures, FRAs, interest rate swaps, and global foreign exchange and was also responsible for producing weekly economic commentary distributed to Treasury desks across the Bank worldwide. Prior to Chemical Bank, he spent two years at Price Waterhouse specialized in United States personal tax, salary packaging and Fringe Benefits Tax, and payroll systems implementation. Mr. Dunkel is a Non Executive Director at Pengana Capital Ltd and Divergent Capital Partners. He is also a Director at Education Heritage Foundation Ltd. Mr. Dunkel has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.[1]
