Dunkel is an Executive Director at the Orion Foundation, which has funded Ariel University an institution of higher education based on illegally occupied Palestinian territory.[2] He has held this post since 1997. Mr. Dunkel is responsible for the portfolio management of the Foundation’s endowment, as well as for sourcing and managing the Foundation’s charitable projects and liaising with NGO's and other Foundations worldwide.
