James Clappison

James Clappison was the Conservative Party MP for Hertsmere from 1992 to 2015.

In July 2014 he announced he would not be standing in 2015 general election.[1] He was replaced by Oliver Dowden, former chief of staff to prime minister David Cameron, who won the seat by 18,461 votes.[2]
