James Christopher Miller is the chief executive of Walsall plc, and has been in this position since September 1988.

He is also executive chairman and director of Melrose Industries, and has been since 2003. Melrose specialises in buying out businesses which are struggling, invests in them to improve performance, redistributing the profits to shareholders. [1]

The Electoral Commission has Miller registered as donating to Vote Leave in the UK's EU referendum of June 2016.

Donations

Donated £12,500 on 10 May 2016 to Vote Leave, the eurosceptic campaign group which persuaded the British electorate to vote to leave the European Union on 23 June 2016. [2]
