Israel Healthcare Ventures (IHCV)[1] - Isaac Kaye is a founding member of the IHCV which was created in 2001 (through Isaac Kaye Family Trust). Harvey Kruger, Steven Kaye and Warren Roiter are also reported to be founding members[2].

The IHCV describes itself as 'a venture capital fund dedicated to providing venture capital investment to Israeli life sciences companies'[3]. It's headquarters is in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In 2003, it is reported that IHCV purchased a 14% stake in XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd (XTLbio), a biopharmaceutical company formed in 1993 which develops drugs to treat hepatitis[4]
