International Student Conference

The International Student Conference was a CIA funded student organisation exposed in the late 1960s.

According to the Economist (25 February 1968, p. 725) 'It turned out last week that the Central Intelligence Agency had for about fifteen years been a principal source of finance for both NSA and the ISC'[1]

Among its officers were Margaret Ramsay (1962-)[2]. Other involved were Geoff Martin, Gwyn Morgan, Ed Harvey[3]
