Iain Carter is a special adviser to Tina Stowell, the leader of the House of Lords.

Career

Between September 2009 and July 2013, Carter worked in the House of Commons as an intern, caseworker, senior caseworker and parliamentary researcher.

In July 2013 he was appointed a political adviser to the Conservative Party and after the 2015 general election he was appointed special adviser to Baroness Stowell.[1]
