Howard Stoate
Dr Howard Stoate was the Labour Party MP for Dartford[1] from 1997 until he stood down in May 2010. A practising GP, he had announced his intention to quit politics after new rules about MPs registering the time they spent on second jobs were adopted in the wake of the MP expenses scandal.[2]

All Party Parliamentary Groups
Stoate acted as Chair for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Men's Health[4] as well as Chair for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Pharmacy[5] and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Patient Safety [6]
The 2006 House of Commons Register of Interests records that Stoate received occasional income from 'Westminster Experience' training health professionals - (Up to £5,000). He was a speaker (in his role with the APPG on Pharmacy) at UniChems annual Conference in Brazil, with transport and accommodation provided by UniChem.[7]
