Hayden Allan is a Conservative Party veteran, He worked at the central office in opposition where he was deputy head of press. [1] Former Defence Secretary Philip Hammond took his special advisers Graham Hook and Allan to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, following his replacement of William Hague in July 2014.. [2]
